"Disappointing bait and switch"

It was clean and comfortable.

The listing is a bait and switch. There is no access allowed to the swimming pool with loungers. Only a small shared plunge pool. The manger agreed to look into a discount when I first messaged but then ignored me and became hostile when I followed up. In the end, I made a complaint to Booking.com and they gave me a 10% credit. Overall it was a frustrating bait and switch experience. Would not stay there again - even if I could book the suite pictured in the listing. Picture attached in the shared plunge pool.
