Location fine 5mins from University station

Unfortunately the heating and hot water kept cutting out so we had some cold showers and no heating. If that is sorted it is fine for contractors.

"A nice house that does the job and worth staying at."

Ideal location for city centre and Stadium of Light. Both are 30 min walking. There are lots of little shops in the area with Aldi 15 min walk away. The property is comfy and well kept. There was enough cutlery and crockery for the five of us. The bathroom is good with a nice shower, both rain and handheld nozzle). The hot water runs off a combo boiler so plenty of hot water and the heating was effective. Living room was comfortable with enough seating.

The TV was a bit odd. To be able to watch it, you have to sign in with an Amazon Prime account (or that's the only way we could get it to work). After that you could watch TV using apps like iPlayer and ITVX. In other words there was no Freeview via an arial. I understand why but just be aware. There is on street parking with restrictions 10-11 and 3-4pm. The house does have a garage you can use but this isn't advertised and unless you go into the back yard, you wouldn't know. If you stay here, you will be asked to put the rubbish out during the week. Not sure that should be a thing when paying to stay and certainly isn't part of the T&Cs.

Perfect location, only 15 minute walk from the metro station. House was very well equipped and beds were very comfortable

Not that I didn’t like, but only 2 of the beds had mattress protectors

"Comfy stay walking distance from city centre"

House was well laid out, clean and nicely decorated. Bedrooms were big and beds super comfy

There could have been more utensils - it needs a few things to make the stay a bit more comfortable but I passed this on to the owner already
