GBThe location was good for us as we had family staying nearby
1st night the water pressure was very low which caused the shower to go boiling hot the freezing cold. We arrived and set up our baby temperature gauge and the apartment was 27°c with no aircon so we thought a dip in the pool, but, The pool was dirty so did not use it. The wind made the roof and doors rattle, no room to park so I had to park my 1 year old car on the grass but I scrapped the bottom of it and the balcony was shared and we found cigarette ends on it. The 2nd day we went to the beach for my 3 month old daughters 1st time in the sea/on the beach but when we got back we had no running water for us to have a shower (I have video evidence of this with my child crying in the back ground) so we packed up and went and had a shower and stayed at a family members air bnb in Llangennith (which was lovely and cheaper than ours) I have stayed in lots of different rooms but this one tops it as the worst, I am suprised Booking.com allows rooms of this standard. The water pressure is clearly a on going issue. I also nearly forgot to mention the x4 pecocks that live in a small cage in the garden that wake you up in the morning! The room was sold as a penthouse, which defines a luxury top floor apartment, but, with the issues and not even running water, I beg to differ. I am requesting a full refund for the stay.
GBWe loved the apartment, it had everything we needed, the pool was beautiful and the location was absolutely central to both surfing beaches which was perfect for us!
The only thing I wasn't keen on was the use of the hosepipe by the other guests/staff downstairs affecting the shower in our apartment, it was one heck of a shock the shower going from lovely and warm.to baltic in a second 🤣 once I told them I was in the shower they shut it off straight away so no issues!

The shower didn't drain well. Cobwebs behind the bed. Heating controls were central it appeared, not within the apartment.

No check in as advised , no welcome pack as mentioned , slow communication as we had an issue with flies in the room, noisy at night , location really poor unable to walk to village / beach or shops ....., amenities not available when we stayed , pool and balcony unusable .
