The Penthouse, Lux stay near Downtown, UofC & Lake

The instructions to get to the place were very clear and easy to follow. There is plenty of parking on the street. The place was chic, spacious and towels were good quality. I was a little worried about the location (44th st.) before our trip but it turned out to be very quiet and peaceful for our entire stay (5 days).

The shower lacks pressure and the beds were a little too soft for my liking.

This apartment is gorgeous! Convenient location, plenty of street parking all around. Both bedrooms were very comfortable. Free coffee available via a stocked Keurig machine. The host shipped back an item I had forgotten at no charge, and I’m very grateful for their hospitality and excellent service.

Location is very accessible and convenient, just not close to much by foot. Very easy with a car.
