Brand New House with 5 bedroom and 3 full bathroom

House was very spacious and clean. Lots of rooms. Great for bigger groups. Pictures dont do it justice. It is bigger in person. Have everything you need. Only issue was the oven which took a while to heat up. But not a big issue for us. Good location close to town and alot of the activities. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Loved the cosy feel of the property, the large space was great for our team travelling together. The house is on the outskirts of Rotorua but in a pleasant and quiet suburb overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay in future.

There is however room for improvement, alot of wear and tear exists in this property that would benefit from some attention example: marks on walls that need scrubbing, and a lamp with a blown bulb in the bedroom next to the main toilet. The windows were extremely dirty both internally and externally they would also benefit from a regular clean.

A nice new house, clean and comfortable. It is very spacious and has enough space for a group of friends or a big family. It is only 10 minutes from the city centre. It is easy to get help from the host.

The cooking utensils are not enough, It is suggested to get more kitchenware.

The location was very peaceful and quiet and the room was very nice. We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home. I really enjoyed the view and I want to thank you so much for everything!

All of it was so beautiful, nothing was lacking.
