Modern Apartment - Shared Rooftop - Las Canteras

An appartment is very comfy, nice, bright, in good location, very well equipped with everything what is required for cooking or even baking, with washing machine, dryer etc. I also appreciate the design, colors, materials..beautiful 😊

Only little problem was little flies in the kitchen. And I was little bit surprised that terrace is at the top of the building.

Location is good. Walking distance from the boardwalk and stores.

The hosts were hard to reach and definitely gave us wrong information regarding leaving our bags with them. We had informed them we are arriving early morning and check in isn't until 4. They then responded we can keep the bags for you while waiting -- they didn't reply until 2pm which meant we were dragging our luggage and stroller with a toddler the whole time while trying to call them. It isn't good value for the price because the facilities could be better. The water pressure is barely felt, the house isnt clean but also not dirty. Everything was meh so the price point should be definitely lower for what they truly offer. They even give you just 2 rolls of paper towel for a few days stay. I know these things sound minute but that's the point. These are the things you don't know you'd like to have especially if you pay more for a place to stay.

There were some issues with the water pressure (7th floor), and the cleaning of the apartment was not thorough. Constant bad smell in the building lobby.

Nice and clean apartment with a great shared rooftop

The beds were a bit too hard, and we had to ask for douvets. The fire alarm in the building went off one night, and we had to wait outside for 30 minutes before the police came and turned it off. and we were unable to contact the staff. No one answered. There should be clear instructions for what to do when that happened. And the building management should be more proactive afterwards.
