"Nearly perfect. Especially if you are a cadet at EMA because there is a direct bus"

Comfortable, spacious, much bigger than anticipated. Nice garden and extra common spaces

One thing that could be improved would be to add more pots, bigger pots, wider range, larger bowls, etc. There is a fully functional kitchen so it would be useful.

Property was clean, Location was good

Small bath towels, none of the TV remotes worked, batteries had leaked inside the lounge remote. No instructions so I could work out how to turn on TV and change channels, took some time but we managed.

"Great host with a property in a quiet, safe area. Would definitely stay again."

The location of this property was fantastic for us. The property is like a Tardis and much bigger than it appears in the photos. The host was great with communications via WhatsApp and none of our guests had any problems during their stay.

As informed by the host, it was indeed a squeeze to fit 2 cars on the drive. The area does seem very safe with little to no traffic, so wouldn't be a problem for cars parking in the street. (Free parking as a residential area not in the centre of town)

"The property was ideal for us as a base."

Property was ideally located for us to travel to Donington Race Park. It was clean.

The carpets looked like they needed a shampoo. Recycling bins were overflowing outside. Bedsheets weren’t soft.

location close to our son’s home! a clean property. lovely white towels.

no real comfort! dinning chairs and lounge sofa and chair really need upgrading. The kitchen presentation is very basic. The beds are not comfortable and pillows need changing! the property needs some TLC in the garden and front area. We have stayed in properties all over the country and we’re disappointed with the quality of the furnishings in this property. Liam was very helpful regarding all queries! however, we wouldn’t book it again even though it’s close to our family.

"Ideally located for working at Donington Park"

Ideal property for small race teams working at Donington Park. 5 minute drive from the circuit with great facilities nearby whatever time you’re coming or going.
