"Good"

Good price/value, nice bathroom and toilet, it was nice having a tv with roku, board games, well equipped kitchen with toaster.

The bed was smelly. Some parts of the wall were dirty. Due to being an under ground apartment there was a general moldy smell. Tap water flavour was also not that good.

"Noisy and unsafe"

Very noisy people upstairs. Sounded like fighting or fat people night and day Amtrak train noises upstairs all day and night . No parking and Justin told me street park because he claims Booking didn’t give damn parking pass I got parking tickets
