Air conditioned 1 room apartment with parking, new building, Ružinov

Lokalita výborná.

Zasmradnuté a zatuchnuté vankúše, paplóny, uteráky. Neustále to bolo cítiť. Obliečky boli vyblednuté a umelé. Veľký hluk. V úvode je písané klimatizovaný byt, no je tam klimatizácia externá, takže okno musí byť stále potvorené, takže sa nedá eliminovať ten hluk. Z dôvodu zatuchnutosti a hluku sme odišli o deň skôr.

It was cheaper than staying in Vienna taking into account the free on-site parking available. I was able to use the communal washing machine without any additional charge. The fridge was useful. The WiFi was strong. The building was modern.

The room was facing a nearby motorway resulting in a lot of road noise. The portable air conditioning unit required the window to be open for the exhaust pipe to fit through meaning it was not possible to use it without hearing the road noise. The unit itself was also noisy even on the lower fan setting. During the night I slept with the electric fan and wore earplugs. On arriving, I had to apply white insulation tape to both ends of the AC unit exhaust pipe in order to keep it attached to the unit and to the exhaust nozzle. On arriving, I discovered wet towels and bedding drying on a rack in an open wardrobe. This is unacceptable especially as I had been told I could not check-in before 3pm as they needed time to prepare the room. And there are tumble dryers in the communal laundry room. There were also wet cleaning cloths drying on the towel warmer in the bathroom. There were various items in the wardrobes which had been left there either by the owners or previous guests. The bed mattress was basic and only just about usable. There were no bedside units meaning I had to use one of the chairs. There were what appeared to be burn marks on the table. And several spots of white stain on the floor next to the kitchen area. There were prominent scuff marks on the wall next to the bed. Overall, the room did not make me feel comfortable or that it had been given more than minimal thought or attention.

Excellent new apartment in a newly built building, new building area, nice people, clean, tidy around.

There are no bedside tables, no wine opener, and sometimes the electricity went out (due to the fire alarm). There is a road nearby, but if you close the windows, there is no noise. The TV remote did not work.

Very nice modern property. Good Area.with playgrounds for kids and shops. I highly recommend this nice studio apartament.
