Small and intimate. Close to all of the hot spots. Felt very comfortable and The price was very reasonable for the weekend of the The Essence Festival.

Host was very kind and helpful. Host answered my calls when something was needed and I never felt unwelcome. Home was clean and all amenities were there as stated when booking. Host was great at getting us gate and door codes. No messing with keys, which was great I didnt have to worry about losing them. Home is gated and cameras on property to help security.

Location is locked and fenced in which is great and made us feel safer, but the area isnt the greatest. Lots of parties and loud music constantly playing from neighborhood which is out of hosts control, but it was unexpected. I would definitely stay again I would just bring a loud fan to hush noise at night.

It was very cute and comfortable. Has everything you need to stay. Very cute outside area and very very friendly owner. It's only 15-20 mins drive to the French quarter and burboun st

I did not like that there was not an area to park just for the cottage. Also on our last night one of our cars got a bust window and a few things stolen from her. Due to not having designated parking we were not able to park in front of cottage so the cameras didn't help us at all on finding who had done it.
