- Friendly admin & fast response - Beautiful house design - Comfortable beds - Strong wifi - Netflix provided for midnight movie - Clean cooking utensils - Night and morning view - Strong water pressure for shower and toilet - Good quality of body soap and shampoo provided (loves the coco smell)

- Hopefully in future can provide some welcome drink and snack (just a suggestion 😆) - The water heater is not hot enough. We still feel cold after shower 🥶 Hope can fix this issue. - Construction ongoing near the property

Lovely apartment. Gated security. Parking. Very responsive hosts.

Building works going on outside - nothing said on advert.

It was large enough for our group.

The view in front was just construction. Not really walkable anywhere. As there was no division between bath and toilet, the toilet was always wet. In addition, we could barely get hot water on our 3rd day.

- Location was good. - Check-in process very smooth. - Close to locations like Mossy Forest, Strawberry farms, Tea house etc. - Host responsive when we asked for extra dustbins

- The bedsheet on one of the beds wasn't clean at all (had spots, hair etc.) - The rug on the sofa was smelly - The instant geysers in the 2 bathrooms took an eternity to heat up. So, if you are a group of 5+ people, and the weather is cold (it was around 18-20C when we were there), then plan 30 minutes gap between each person showering.

- location - parking - view (except for the construction work going on downstairs) - apartment furnishing

- a bit expensive - must have cleaned properly before guests arrived (balcony was dusty and the table and chair not sturdy enough to sit and enjoy) - must provide two key cards at least (was given only one - not enough for a big group with kids) - provide drinking water at least one bottle for each room prior to arrival - storage space and hangers could have been provided in each room - iron needs to be replaced (almost ruined our clothes due to the burnt bottom)
