The property was lovely warm and cosy with everything you need. The location was great for visiting nearby places. The cost of the accommodation was very reasonable for this type of property.

Loved our 2 night stay for Christmas, the nicest place we have stayed on the East Coast. Everything was as good as it looks on the photos,stunning .

Bed mattress was too soft for us ,but that's a personal choice.

Everything was fabulous.

Nothing i didn't like. It was perfect. Very festive feel with Xmas tree lights on when we arrived.

There was a beeping noise throughout our stay - sounded like the smoke detector needed new batteries. The heating system came on in the morning and the pipes clicked from the early hours, we could also hear the boiler coming on and then going off as the rooms got to temperature. In the kitchen the thermostat was on the window ledge which could have explained the reason for this. The bed was soft and we kept rolling into the middle, synthetic duvet wasn't pleasant either. Bed not suitable for someone over 6 ft - my husband had to sleep diagonally as it was a sleigh bed. Not sure about the brightly coloured rugs everywhere too.

Where to start, great communication from David, what a great host. The place is so clean, tidy and ordered, with some very cool gadgets, which I’ve since bought for our house. Just up the road from the lighthouse and a few minutes from Bridlington, with free parking as well. We have loved it here, having stayed twice now.
