"with my physcial limitation from a back injury this was a very uncomfortable 19 days"

was close to mall which was great.

room was extremely narrow, hard to move around with two people. balcony no room to sit. extremely noise area. couch was way too small for adults and very uncomfortable to sit on, very painful to the butt. Way too many decorations throughout the apartment, no room to put personal stuff.

The instructions were clear and detailed. Wifi was fast. Bathroom is clean and smells good. Overall, the place is cozy.

The location is quite challenging to access due to heavy traffic. Which is typical in Parañaque though

The amenities are excellent, fully equipped, and well-maintained. The proprietors are incredibly welcoming and easily reachable.

This might just apply to my girlfriend and me since we both suffer from allergic rhinitis and are very sensitive to strong fragrances. The smell of the air freshener is a bit overpowering for us. In fact, it’s not necessarily a bad thing; the issue lies with us.

"It was an excellent stay and I didn’t want to leave yet. Everything is so convenient."

It’s very near SM Bicutan. If I want to get groceries, I can easily just walk there. It only takes me 5 minutes. It doesn’t get more convenient than that. Plus, whenever I booked a taxi or mototaxi, they can go to the lobby! It’s super convenient for me! Also, the facilities and equipment inside this unit were complete! They have everything me and my friends needed.

The signages in the LG level of Spring Residences is soooo confusing! I got lost looking for the access door leading to SM Bicutan. Also, there’s no signage leading to Tower 3 so the mototaxis are confused on where to go. Please make signages!

closer to the mall and easy to find transportation ... very convenient to the airport... the unit is too small but i guess condos in manila are the same size..but everything is complete... aircondition is fantastic... there is a heater available in case u need to shower warm. over alll it was ok
