Location and cleanliness. Good size roof terrace

Water pressure was very poor and the water was always cold

Location in Sliema was great, could see the harbour from balcony. 3 supermarkets within 5 min walk. Size of property was perfect for our needs. Communication with letting agents excellent, answered questions promptly and let us know that thete were a couple of reported issues on arrival and sent prompt maintenance to fix. Welcome pack on arrival with booklet on all appliances and how things worked

Stairs to terrace and 1 of the bedrooms near vertical, making access very difficult to use if mobility reduced or small children etc Flats caretaker needs access to terrace roof if any issues in building Furniture on roof terrace only had 1 cushion and no shade if want to get out of sun Terrace ensuite shower had no panel and meant water went everywhere and sink badly cracked and small leak A little bistro set on small balcony would be ideal Plant pots on balcony and terrace all dead!

I don't know why this lovely apartment has such a low overall rating. Accomodations, location, contact with the owner and responsiveness, courtesy and assistance, view, space, everything was excellent.

The deposit was a large amount but was returned immediately

Apartament zaniedbany, brudny z mrówkami i uwaga karaluchami. Zabiliśmy 16 karaluchów. Właściciel pozostawił nas samym sobie. Po skargach przysłał pana do ponownego posprzątania i efektów było nadal brak. Gdy pan wyszedł zamiotłam podłogi i zgarnęłam pół szufelki brudu.
