Complex is wat verouderd, tegels los bij het zwembad maar het appartement was keurig

We liked this property very much. Perfect cleaning, perfect facilities including access to the water pool and sun-beds. Contact with the property owner was perfect as well. Karima is a very friendly and helpful person. This location isn’t placed in medina but there is a place for a car in an underground garage included in the price.

It’s very difficult to find minuses of the property. The only thing is the amount of sun beds. There could be up to five people in the property but they can use only three sun-beds.

Obiekt był czysty, wszędzie działa klimatyzacja. Dwie łazienki były ogromnym plusem. Do dyspozycji była pralka i detergenty oraz miejsce na wysuszenie rzeczy. Kuchnia była dobrze wyposażona. Miejsce parkingowe było przypisane do mieszkania.

Basen był nieczynny w godzinach 12-14. Niestety obiekt nie znajdował się w odległości 15 minut do centrum, a do placu Jemaa el-Fna szło się pieszo 45 minut. Na szczęście taksówki były tanie.

Propreté, accueil, piscine, proximité du centre et attractions

L'accueil, la situation (de l'appartement et du garage attenant), la propreté, l'appartement spacieux et décoré avec beaucoup de gout. Au delà de tout cela, les petites attentions dignes d'un grand hôtel ( des serviettes pour la piscine, des chaises longues réservées...). La sécurité est appréciable également. Idéale pour les familles.

La propriétaire est super accueillante et réactive. Elle nous avait prévenu qu’il y avait une petite fuite dans le tuyau de la douche et elle a envoyé un plombier le lendemain matin. Parfait L’appartement est spacieux et très propre. Des petites attentions qui font plaisir comme du gel douche, du café, du thé et des petits biscuits pour le petit déjeuner. Les lits sont confortables et la climatisation dans toutes les pièces a été très appréciée. Double vitrage, très calme. Un gardien qui nous a réservé un taxi pour l’aéroport Et on a profité de la piscine avec 2 bassins et des transats. Tout le confort pour passer un bon sejour. Un carrefour à 10’ à pied et des restaurants dans le quartier.

Facilities were amazing. Had more than any hotel I've been to. Very easy to contact staff for help and advice. Made our stay very comfortable. Clean, spacious and bright. All shops were walking distance.

The only complaint I have is the staff for the pool, as they didn't allow my children in the pool with leggings and T shirt, which other hotels allow.

Très bel appartement, bien équipé et bien situé. Appartement propre et joliment décoré. La climatisation est vraiment un plus. La résidence a une super piscine entretenue tous les jours par le gardien avec chaises longues privées avec la location de l’appartement. Karima la propriétaire est vraiment serviable et à disposition pour répondre à toutes les questions. Nous conseillons vivement cet établissement et nous reviendrons sûrement prochainement.
