Rare hidden gem - Minutes from downtown & Forsyth!

The location was the only thing that this place had going for it.

When we got there many things were not done. The kitchen was not clean. The stove had a major crack in the cooktop. The dishwasher had dishes in it. There was a dirty scrub/sponge left for us to use to wash dishes in the kitchen. There was only 6 dishes, 3 bowls, and cups that were in many different locations in the kitchen, only one dish towel to dry anything in the kitchen, the pots and pans were in very poor condition to use, no pizza cutter, a empty iron box left on the top of the cupboards to see, old bag of onions left in a bottom cupboard, 2 cans of coconut milk left in a upper cupboard by the stove top, the microwave worked until the last day when the you pushed the control buttons it would not turn on, the washer to wash clothes did not let water in, but the dryer worked, the couch had two rips in it, there was two air filter boxes left in the living room for us to look at, only one roll of toilet paper to use for four days with four people staying, only a half a roll of paper towels in the kitchen to use, only 4 towels and 2 wash cloths for washing up for 4 days, dead batteries in the tv controllers, fan controller, and the big clock in the living room was not working because of dead batteries. I did contact Ryan and Emely by text on a few matters and they would respond, but nothing was really done about getting more toilet paper, paper towels, or more dish towels and seeing why the washer was not letting water in to wash clothes. It could be a very cute place if all of these matters were addressed. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this place. I took pictures of what I saw when I got there and compared them to the site pictures and they definitely are different.

Great location, very clean, safe neighborhood, loved that there were tvs in the bedroom, comfortable beds and soft towels, they even had tide pods to use their laundry! The hosts were very good about communicating and very friendly.

The owners were very nice and accommodating, before during and after. Property was very clean. Linens were super soft. Coffee bar was great! Washer & dryer and newly remodeled nice usable kitchen.

Really the bathroom was our biggest issue. There was an issue with the shower hot water, it only lasted a few minutes at a time. There was a sewage smell especially in the morning. There were bugs in the bathroom coming from the cracks in the closet.

The hosts were super attentive and offered lots of recommendations upon request. The house was recently renovated and very clean!
