"Complicated check in & parking"

Location

1. Booking - my initial booking was cancelled. Luckily the host managed to find replacement unit. Given the wrong passcode to collect key. Have to walk around the building asking securities to open the mailbox and get the keys. Some of the guards Bangla and Nepal cannot speak English / Malay. So have to walk tlaround to find the nezt person. Spent 2 hours for this. 2. Parking- didn't received the parking pass with the keys. Have to pay valet parking. All parking outside the building belong to valet parking. They only give you 5 minutes to get your keys before they chase you away or pay the rm15/20 per parking
