The beds and blankets were nice to sleep and cover. Upon arrival, it is a contactless check in whereby you have to take the keys from the outside and enter the property yourself. The location of the villa is not too bad whereby heading to Batu Ferringhi and GeorgeTown are only less than 20mins away. The owner however are quite responsive, just let them if you require anything and they will reply.

There were alot of ants and flies in the kitchen. My grandma sleeping in the level 1 room of the older loft had ants crawling on the walls and bed. It was rather terrible. Based on the image, technically both lofts are not connected, you have to exit thru the normal door to get to the other loft. Additionally because the fact that the newer loft is like a studio, don't expect it to be cooling with only 3 air-cons. The bed in the newer loft slightly collapsed. The toilet at 2nd floor often has no water, you might have to stand there with shampoo on your head for awhile. The funniest thing is there are 2 lofts but only 1 refrigerator so might got to share. There is a washing machine at the 2nd floor, you have to drag your dirty laundry to 2nd floor and out the door to use the washing machine. (Please do bring your footwear as the floor is damn hot due to the Sun) There are no clothes rack to hang your laundry so you might want to bring yours.

All perfect but please replace water tap to main water from meter onwards because if we used 3 bathroom the water supply very poor. Only this problem the owner need to solve. Others all perfect

Toilet not clean

Location was great and the number of beds were as described

The 4th bedroom is separate loft which isn't mentioned in the description of the property. Be Kitchen appliances were scattered in two different houses. Very inconvenient if you have to prepare food for a baby. Cutleries were broken. Water pressure at the loft toilet is so low that you can't poop there. Washing machine is at a location which is very inconvenient (you'd have to intrude the loft and climb up a narrow spiral stairs with your dirty laundry to get to it). Bathrooms were not equipped with anything to hang your towels and clothes.

Prime location

Some items were broken on arrival such as the fan in the kitchen, but since we have no need to use these it had no impact on our stay
