The dishwasher wasnt working, no cot or sofa bed, whenever me messaged with issue nothing was sorted all it kept saying if u need any help let us knos but there was no help Dishwasher is basic it should have been made clear before thats it was not working

The cleanliness was shocking we turned up litter all outside front door! Dirty underwear found on the dining room chairs as well as crumbs! The bathroom hand soap dispenser was covered in mould. The curtains and sofa had burns all over them as though someone had burnt them with cigarette. The towels had stains on them and 2 of the beds were broken 1 completely collapsed and impossible to sleep on!!
