-Quiet hours after 11PM. Breach of quiet hours will result in a fee -Strictly no stag or hen parties -Strictly NO smoking inside the property (Full deposit will be forfeited and additional fee will be incurred if signs of smoking have caused damage) -A list of rules for waste management will be provided upon access. If this was not followed, a fee will be charged -Standard Late Checkout Fee will be charged for approved late check-outs. -If a guest provides short notice for a late check-out or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed due to the guest's continued presence, a fee per hour will be incurred until departure, in addition to the cleaning fee. -The refundable damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure, minus £3 admin fee, upon a successful property inspection.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Absolutely horrible"

The bed mattress is thin, I could feel the bars in my back. The sofa felt like I was sitting on the frame it was that uncomfortable that I couldn't use it. The flat itself was filthy when I arrived. There is no WiFi, and the entrances to the building are constantly surrounded by unpleasant drug users as the local food bank is located next door

"Code delivery system for the entry key should be overhauled"

the system to get the keys was horrible, it took me a long time to get in. In particular the system the gets your info in order to give you the code and directions to where the key is was frustrating

"Solid but a bit shabby"

Decent value, clean, quiet, layout of the apartment was good. So good on the fundamentals- absolutely a place you can stay and its fine.

The apartment was let down by several details, none of them particualry bad on their own, but when combined more than irritating First, the keys were not the simplest to pick up at night (from a poorly illuminated box in a car park 2 minutes away). Second, I stayed in winter and the apartment was cold- just two small electric radiators for an open plan apartment wasn't enough- the moveable electric heater was broken. Third, the double bed was two singles pushed together with an uncomfortable valley in the middle. Fourth, the TV had no antenna signal so was unusable. Fifth, no guest wifi. Sixth, while it was mostly fine, some furnishings shabby (e.g. only half the blinds were left)
