IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY As of December 2, 2024, it will be mandatory throughout Spain to comply with the provisions of Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, which regulates the obligations of documentary registration and information of natural or legal people who carry out lodging. We will provide you with full details of the data required to comply with regulations prior to your access to the accommodations. It is important that you provide this information, since without it you will not be able to access the accommodations and the reservation will not be refunded. We appreciate your collaboration and understanding. 1. Property and people: 1.1 - For reasons of security and compliance with regulations, access to the property (land or house) is not allowed to people who are not part of the reservation. This is due to the obligation to register all guests in the Civil Guard's LODGING system and Airbnb's protection insurance. 1.2 - To maintain a calm and safe environment, parties are not allowed on the property. 1.3 - We kindly ask you to respect the ban on smoking inside the house, to ensure a healthy environment for everyone. 1.4 - The use of any type of drug is prohibited on the property, in compliance with local laws and to preserve the safety of all guests. 1.5 In case of breakdowns or any other problem, it must be notified as soon as possible and access to the house must be allowed to solve it. 2. Water reuse: Fuerteventura is an island where water is a scarce resource. In Los Nopales, we have a water reuse system, therefore: 2.1 - Be careful with drains and toilets: It is not allowed to throw papers or other polluting elements into drains. · If you have any questions, you can consult with us through the chat on the booking platform. 3.0 Pets 3.1 Pets are not allowed on beds or armchairs. 3.2 Before your arrival, it will be necessary to present updated proof of deworming of the pet. 3.3 If the pet is not properly trained to walk with its owner or does not respond to commands, it must be on a leash outdoors. 3.4 Any damage or inconvenience that the pet causes to the establishment or to the neighbors will be the responsibility of the guest and must be assumed by them. 4.0 Children 4.1 Parents or legal guardians must be attentive to all minors at all times. 4.2 Minors are not allowed to access risk areas without supervision, such as touching the prickly pear trees. 4.3 The use of furniture or equipment in the house for games that could damage them or represent a danger is prohibited. 4.4 All damages caused by minors will be the direct responsibility of the parents or legal guardians.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
