spider webs and dust, the floor needed a mopping needed new remotes for tv but would stay again to explore shops and bars

Great value and great location. Super easy to get in/check-in and out. Instructions from host were very clear. A bit loud because it’s on a busy street, but was great for a one night stay near my friend’s house. Very walkable. Bed was comfortable and place was clean. It’s a small studio and not super comfortable to just hang out in.. but that wasn’t an issue for me since we weren’t in the room other than to sleep. Overall, would totally stay here again if I’m in town to see friends!

Maybe a bigger/more comfortable couch to watch TV on… but other than that, everything was great.

Lovely and clean space, not on the first floor, very close to lots of attractions on hawethorne as well as far enough from the touristy area that our car felt very safe

Great location with everything we needed, kitchen was good and we appreciated the comfy bed and streaming tv. Also parking was always very easy.

Location is good, parking was close, there is a security gate for the building, studio was clean, washer and dryer in the studio, restaurants close by, felt safe to walk dog in neighborhood, air conditioning worked (it was 98 degrees outside), pet friendly

Apartment is small, kitchen is not functional-no counter space, microwave on refrigerator, studio is on 3rd floor with elevator, tv did not work (needed batteries?) it took a couple of days for (g)host to resolve and get "staff" to bring batteries. I requested a folding table to be able to make breakfast in morning and they were not able to accommodate. I had to use the couch as a surface to work in kitchen. The "access to garden area" is a strip of landscaping along security fence.

The location and parking were good. it felt safe to walk the dog in the neighborhood. The air conditioning was good as temp outside was 95 degrees. It was helpful to have washer and dryer. Shower was warm.

The studio apartment is quite small. The kitchen area is not functional because there is no counter space, the microwave is stacked on the refrigerator and the table is very small. The "garden access" is a strip of landscaping as you leave the building. The tv didn't work and it took days for the g"host" to send his "staff" to deal with any issues. The security gate needs a light so we can see the keypad.

Location was great. Easy coming and going. Everything looked nice and clean. Great apartment.

Had a bit of difficulty regulating the temperature in the apartment, but it was beautiful weather and heat and air conditioning wasn't a priority.
