CAGreat family home with lots of options for the kids and adults! House was spacious, clean, the games room, outdoor pool and gazebo were great! Location was quiet nestled in a good neighborhood and it was very close to shopping and dining. Our stay was a lot of fun and we would recommend the house to our friends and stay again.
With a few minor tweaks this would be rated a 10. A minor but important point- there was no book explaining the how to do/set up or how things worked for the house. The wifi password was not readily available and I feel the property manager/company (not the owners) was not quick to respond to our concerns.
USWhat a great home for families! Lots of activities for kids and adults alike. Well-stocked kitchen. Nicely laid out living room, kitchen, and outdoor living areas. The pool, slide, and swing set were a huge hit! It's obvious that the owners care about their property and their renters. Rajeev is very responsive and easy to communicate with! We would return to the place and recommend to friends.
The local property manager (not Rajeev who was wonderful, but rather the company he uses to manage the place) does not pick up nor return calls to the 24-hour after hours phone number. Normally this shouldn't be an issue, but just be aware of that. There were just a few small hiccups at the place, but they were addressed in good time!
CAMy kids were super happy with the pool and other amenities like arcade and playground.
Everything was good except i couldn't turn on the sauna for some reason.
