Greg's Cozy Apartment, up to 4 guests in Kalamaria

Greg's apartment was well positioned, cpmfortable, well laid out, clean, decorated well, and perfect for my needs. Communication with Greg about the stay was easy, and always he replied quickly. More specifically regarding location - it is near several supermarkets and restaurants, and easy to find. Very specifically - i stayed there for a week as I was for surgery at the nearby Ophthalmica clinic - which was within easy walking distance, and perfect for short trips to the clinic and pharmacies. It's also not too busy around, but still very close to main public transport routes. And - had i driven - i'd have noted there is ample parking in the street and behind. It's also close to the malls / shopping centre Regarding the apartment - it says "cozy" though in all honesty i think its more than adequate for 4 people and to have enough privacy - the separste bedrooms are far enough apart, (on separare floors) and there is lots of storage. Equipment was all there (coffee perculator, kettlr, oven, hob, grill ... i can't list them all. Internet / wifi was excellent - and coverage was the whole apartment and balcony. Its a small apartment building (i didnt clunt the flats - 4?) and i had no disturbance from neighbours. And as i was convalescing I was in the apartment pretty much all day for 4 days solid. As for Greg - i didnt meet him in person - though our communication was - as said - promptly replied to. Although i had no specific demands / requirements Greg did seem to care a lot that I was comfortable. Overall - i'd definitely return

Το διαμέρισμα ειναι πολυ όμορφο, καθαρό, ζεστό, φωτεινό, ήσυχο, κοντά σε στάση λεωφορείου και σε σούπερ μάρκετ, σε καλη περιοχή. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε παλι. Επισης, η ευγένεια του κ. Γρήγορη αξιοσημείωτη. Ο,τι ζητήσαμε άμεσα μας το παρείχε, χωρις καν διαπραγμάτευση. Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα, με εξαίρετο ιδιοκτήτη.

Πολύ καλή περιοχή.Ευχαριστο περιβάλλον,άνετο,καθαρό,τέλεια εξυπηρέτηση από τον οικοδεσπότη!!

Excellent choice in Kalamaria! A wonderful and comfortable home. Perfect location and a fantastic apartment Very hospitable host. We would highly recommend this apartment and we would not hesitate to book it again on our next trip to Thessaloniki.

Είναι ένας άψογος επαγγελματίας και οικοδεσπότης, καθώς προσέχει πολύ καλά το κατάλυμα του και το έχει εξοπλίσει με κάθε λεπτομέρεια και προσοχή για να μπορούν οι φιλοξενούμενοι του, να έχουν την απόλυτη άνεση που χρειάζονται.Πεντακαθαρο,ωραίο design με γούστο.Τα κρεβάτια μεγάλα και τα πιο αναπαυτικά στρώματα καθώς είναι ανατομικά.Το κατάλυμα είναι εξοπλισμένο καταλλήλως για όλες τις ανάγκες μας.Μεχρι βιβλία και επιτραπέζια ειχε.Υπεροχη τοποθεσία και ευγενεστατος οικοδεσπότης.Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα ως πρώτη επιλογή σας.
