Цена, расположение и бесплатная парковка

Понимаю, что цена была невысокой и мы должны были понимать, что квартира будет средняя. Но когда мы заехали было очень грязно, везде была пыль, в доме был неприятный запах. На балконе стояло ведро оттуда тоже была вонь. Мы были с маленькими детьми и для нас оказалось это очень неудобно. Душевая требует ремонта, диван грязный. С санузла тоже идет неприятный запах. Было пара тараканов в доме.
