Hotel has good location, nice swimming pools.

Location was great. Breakfast was so so. A little bit of confusion where to pick up UBER passengers. We stayed at Tower 2 and UBER pickup sometimes directed to TOWER 1.

All was great! Except when I found a wallet, I gave it to the front desk. Then I was worried that it might have been overlooked because it was busy. So I went back to front desk and asked the guy ( Heavy set, asian guy) if the wallet that I found was claimed already. Then this guy (name was Fe-something) in an accusatory voice asked me--"Do you know the name? Whats his name? Tell me!" I said "Excuse me! I was the one that found the wallet then you are asking me in an accusatory question as if as I was the one that took the wallet! I called for supervisor and she came out and spoke to her. My view of this place just totally changed from nice to not so nice because of him! Needs some sort of training!

They charge you double deposit, one by the owner and the second by the hotel. When we arrived the receptionist couldn;t find our reservation, we had to look for a number of the room in some emails from the owner. We had some problem to find that, we tried to call the owner, but he wasn't responding. The apartment is ok but a little bit old, especially the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped very basically. What was the worst that you don't feel like at home or even in the hotel but like an intruder. We received an email with long instruction what to do or not to do and how we should clean the apartment etc.

The pool area was nice. Liked that we were able to walk inside to many restaurants and Starbucks. Bed was comfortable.

Outdated. Upholstry was dirty. The TV did not work. Turned on but could not change channels or watch Netflix.
