I liked that Ellen was there to meet us on arrival, accommodation was clean. Washing machine was a bonus as I was able to clean clothes after mountain biking!

The only suggestion would be maybe a canopy of something for the hot tub to have the option of covering you from the rain, and the hot tub lights were not working.
