Romantic Retreat - Luxury Shepherds Hut + Hot Tub!

We loved the that we were completely private, the property had everything you could imagine the owners really went above and beyond with all little details. I loved the whole vibe!

The hot tub was a lovely treat. The site was clean and tidy and secluded.

The bed was a mission but once you got the knack on how to get up there it was fine.

Being able to relax with no distractions, I would definitely book again.Internet signal isn't great in the room, but it works fine in the hottub area if needed.

We really loved the place, the cabin is very comfortable and and with everything you may need.

Only one negative note about the WiFi as it doesn’t cover the place at all.

We loved the retreat! It was 11/10! The garden was soooo spacious and beautiful and private. The hut its self was so cute and we loved all the quirky decor and lights. It had absolutely everything you could have needed. The outside hut with the hot tub was spectacular and the hot tub was amazing! Andrea made an amazing effort and helped all the way in making the engagement for my partner so so special. It was absolutely magical and we can’t wait to book again next year! The only thing we didn’t like was the fact we had to leave and come home lol

The location is amazing. Total privacy, which is top of the list for us. It’s setting is second to none. With a huge amount of outdoor space. Great friendly cat. I usually don’t like cats but this guy knows how to work a crowd. Owners were lovely too.

It’s a bit tired to be honest with things like the hammock if not replaced then probably a good idea to remove. The hut shows sign of aging decor and finish. But very clean. Shame the lovely hot tub faces a slatted wooden wall when in the other direction the garden view is amazing.

Everything was perfect. Such a cute little hut, with everything that you could need!

Absolutely nothing (apart from having to come home)

Excellent communications and responses to feedback from host, very good directions given in advance. Easy check in, peaceful and quiet location and large garden with furniture and separate hot tub under covered gazebo. A very well thought out design with all facilities provided, and more eg. fridge, hob, microwave , toaster, kettle and coffee maker (with pods); bath robes, towels and outdoor shoes. Amazing use of small space. Fantastic shower, plenty of hot water. The modern hot tub was ready for us on arrival and was an excellent way to spend the evening relaxing. A very pleasant stay in this small but perfectly equipped hut and garden. Thank you.

The breakfast was a bit basic with pre packed croissants and waffles. Could be improved by healthier content such as fresh fruit, yogurt, fresh milk and perhaps eggs. But facilities provided meant we could prepare our own breakfast but bring your own provisions, there is no shop in the village.
