Unfortunately we did not have a good experience at this place. When we booked the place the rating showed a 9+ ranking so we expected a nice and clean place. While this place could be a decent option it definitely is not a 9+ place. I think the true ranking could be something around 7. The exterior of the apartment is in a terrible condition. Before booking I did see this mentioned in the reviews so I was prepared for it. Or so I thought. We had to carry our luggages up the stairs(no lift) in the dark walking through spider webs and dust in what seemed to be an abandoned building. Honestly it was quite embarrassing for me in front of my family. However, upon entering the apartment situation changes significantly. It’s definitely hundred times better but we still encountered some problems. The place was not the cleanest. I can’t say it was dirty but seemed like it was cleaned some time ago so there was dust and dead insects here and there. And also some spiders webs on the corners of the rooms. We found a dirty coffee mug and an oily pan in the cupboards so we ended up washing anything before using it. In addition, we were missing one set of beddings for the one who was supposed to sleep on the sofa. We arrived late night so we decided to make it work for that night because we felt it’s not nice to ask someone to bring things at that time. So we asked it the next day but they were not responsive enough the next day and it was only close to midnight on the second night of our stay that they finally gave us the code to the locker that was already INSIDE THE APARTMENT to get some beddings and linen for the person sleeping on the sofa. And to make matters worse the linen inside the locker was not clean and there was even a dirty band aid between the sheets that truly grossed me out.

Good location

Apartment is too dark. Kitchen is old, no kitchen towels or tissues, no dishwasher. Building is very old, no elevator.

The apartment itself is comfortable.

The location of the apartment within the building complex is horrible. Would not be comfortable if travelling alone or young females. The building complex is dirty & dusty. Owner not very responsive. Must ask several times.

asking for an extra 30 EUR for every hour of late check-in / check-out, ridiculous!

Even though we stayed for just one night, the impression was incredible. The hosts really put in a lot of effort! Very cozy and comfortable apartments. Everything looks exactly like in the photos. The location is almost in the center — close to the metro, bus, and tram stops. You can quickly and directly reach both the city center and the train station. A solid 10!
