Modern 2 bedroom apartment - city centre - parking

Location and secure parking for a 2m high vehicle was great. Wear and tear as others have said still not great. But okay for our needs.

Needs a bit of tlc

Excellent location, well equipped for everything we needed, comfortable bedding and sheets. Hairdryer, fan, iron all available which was great. Easy key pick up. Having a secure parking space was also great! Able to adjust temperature in property as needed, felt safe and secure as well!

Although not dirty per se I would recommend the host need to check out the standards of the cleaning company as lots of little bits around property and scuffs on walls/loose plug socket. Nothing that bothered us too much but another guest might have issues Shower in en-suite unusable as shower tray immediately filled and overflowed. Again not an issue for us as second bathroom also had a shower over bathtub that worked fine Dirty towels left on top of washing machine possible oversight from cleaning service again.

Administration was atrocious, emailed me a previously used key collection code so it was no longer valid. I phoned guest services and left a message for them prior to them closing and nobody responded. Phoned again and they were closed. Key collection people were unable to help. Booking.com were available to assist but it still took almost 2 hours to get a valid key collection code which was very frustrating after a 7 hour journey and at 9pm in the evening, eventually getting a valid key code at around 10.30pm. Mattress on the bed was completely beyond its useful life and very uncomfortable to sleep on. Basin and shower tray outflows were poor and water built up in shower tray while showering. Decor starting to look rather tatty.

A wall mirror in the second bedroom would’ve improved that room facilities.
