Lovely Westbourne apartment - 15 min walk to beach

Location and clean

Couldn’t get TVs to work in either room. Heating kept going off Cold and woke with a cold. No welcome folder or instructions for appliances / or strange TV services. No bulbs in lamp so dark in living room. Arrived on a very cold night and was freezing as no heating on.

Location was a cab ride away but lovely little town

Excellent communication. Photos sent prior to arrival of key location and codes

There were no dislikes, but may be a suggestion of where to store / hang coats.

Lots of nice bits and pieces, pictures etc . Comfortable beds .

Not very welcoming. No comfortable seating, no milk or tea. We were asked to leave before 10 so that the cleaner could park her car. We thought 10 was early but before 10. Very thin duvet on bed in front bedroom. I was cold all night. Why couldn’t there be a couple of armchairs in that bedroom as there was only a tiny sofa in living room and there was masses of room in the bedroom. We very much had the feeling that this was a place run for the benefit of the host ( and cleaner) rather than the clients. The place could have been cleaner as well.

Good location, good size bedrooms, central heating good

The shower was set on a very high temperature which we couldn’t change, there was damp in the property

Just perfect for our trip of two nights and Edy walking to local bars etc

Location was good for me as my mum and dad dont live far great for shops and eating pub top of road very close to bus stop to get to poole or Bournemouth apartment had everything you needed and even all the little extras like tea coffee salt pepper dish cloths toiletries well equipped with cups glassware and cookware would recommend this apartment happy customer

The only downside was not much of a living room area for a family
