The whole place was outdated ,stains all over the doors and furniture. Shower wasn't consistent ... plus no a.c was crazy I've stayed at other properties in this building and they had a.c. location was great! Near everything and the size of the apartment was good

The couch was stained. The HVAC was old and not adjustable..

The hotel staff was nice

The room as under kept , the television was on the floor off the wall in the bedroom , it was a big gap from the door n the floor which made a draft in the suite . The suite smelled of smoke , mold and mildew. We couldn’t control the air unit because they reported to us that the HOA of the building could controls that only I guess . It was just under kept ran down n dirty !

I loved the location of the stay! The place was absolutely clean and the balcony was an incredible view! The host was very respectful and responded to my messages in a timely manner. I found great parking 2 minutes from the complex. We felt very safe and was walking distance to the places we explored. My girlfriend and I would absolutely stay here again.

It was a tiny bit warmer when we arrived, but the fans make it better once on.

The property was well located in the building was clean and generally well maintained despite being older.

The specific unit was generally clean, but lots of chip paint and doors that wouldn’t stay shut. The biggest issue is that the front door has a keypad entry. Once you enter the unit to close the door, there is no separate deadbolt or keychain to serve as a physical restraint from someone else with access to the code entering the place. Additionally, the peak window was covered over with drywall mud. The bed appeared well-made, and clean in the bathroom appeared clean, and the floors appeared to be swept. The kitchen has minimal amenities and some glasses and plates.
