location is good but due to beside having an ongoing construction project, they work until midnight and causing a bit of noise.

also the bathrooms water heater unit, the water pressure are low and have to take longer time to shower.

Its just next to tambun lost world. Appro 5 mins walk

The elevator..its may take sometime especially during peak period. A bit far from any eateries and supermarket
