Property was neat and very comfortable. Location was great and quiet too.

The location was perfect for exploring Reading before my partners sister goes to Uni here in a few weeks excluding the noise from the traffic and trains. The garden was also a great size but not looked after and had broken glass which I had to clear up before I could let my dog out here.

The apartment is clearly set up for groups of friends who aren’t too bothered about facilities or cleanliness. We weren't given any tea towels - a few paper towels were left under the sink, there were only 3 mugs which we had to share each morning along with minimal cooking equipment and the plates were put away with puddles of water on top. The beds were all uncomfortable and you can’t even fit 4 people on the sofa in the front room, let alone if 6 stayed. However the worst part of our experience was having our 18 year old sister find an empty bag of cocaine on the bedroom floor when we arrived, considering I had been charged an additional £80 to clean up after our dog (which is not highlighted on booking.com) yet I had to clean up drugs and broken glass in order for the house to be safe with him. I requested our money back for this clear up during our stay which was completely ignored and I would not recommend this place for families to stay at.

Everything was clean, it was a lovely house. We had a comfortable stay.
