Lovely decoration, clean and comfortable. More spacious than we expected for 5. Two bathrooms and a toilet.

There were only 3 wine glasses but 5 of us which was a shame.

Communication was great, house was amazing with good facilities, beautifully decorated and location was ideal for exploring the area. Really enjoyable but very short stay

A really minor point which is a comment not a complaint but because we were only there for a night some washing up liquid would have been useful

Comfort, well equipped, good ambience, very responsive and friendly hosts.

No welcome booklet explaining the house, equipment and area. The TV did not show terrestrial Channels.

It was clean and nicely decorated

The bed had broken before we slept on it the same night. We messaged the owner and sent pictures too, but got no reply back until after we had checked out and therefore one of the guests had to sleep on the floor. We have had issues getting in touch with the owners since then. We have given the owner enough time to resolve this before writing this review. We had the worst neighbours from hell. Young boys and girls. Could smell cannabis during day, however was really bad at night that we could not keep our windows open in 25degree heat. The neighbours were out drunk till 4am screaming, crying, ringing our doorbell by accident at night. Being all girls we we’re slightly apprehensive and made the choice of not being out late as to bump into them late at night. Even the neighbours close by had to get out of their house at 3am to tell them off as their children were disturbed by the noise and chaos.

Location great and central. Need to think about parking as busy area. Expected in City centre. Loads of space, clean and quiet area. Hosts superb and very helpful. Recommended highly. Will use again.

The apartment was amazing , out did my expectations , the decor everything!

Nothing, at all

We had an incredible experience staying at this brand new property. The modern and high-quality decor and furniture made us feel like we were staying at a luxurious hotel. What's more, the location was perfect for our needs. The property is situated in a private alley off the main road, which provided a sense of exclusivity, privacy, and peace. Despite the building work happening opposite, we were pleasantly surprised by how well-insulated the property was, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hosts were fantastic, providing us with helpful information and answering all of our questions. Pets are allowed, and we were delighted to find that the downstairs area was just what our dog needed. The hard floors were easy to clean, and the washroom for his things was a lifesaver. It's rare to find a holiday home that caters to pets like this in the city, and we were grateful for the thoughtful touches. All in all, we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in the city. It's a hidden gem that we feel lucky to have found, and the best part is that it's reasonably priced. We would expect to pay much more for a property like this in Cornwall or Norfolk.

Address and finding instructions could be better as it's access is off Sloane St not Camden drive.

Arrived at the property on day of check in, proceeded to phone host requesting check in details. Only to be told the property had been double booked and I no longer have a place to stay. So stranded in Birmingham after a long journey, absolutely no help or resolution provided from host except to ‘contact booking.com’. Would not recommend!
