Nice property location (center) Easy access to the lockbox and the property. Blackout curtains.

Old elevator didn't work. No shampoo, broken handwasher. Next to a "disco/ club" playing music past midnight.

It was very close to center.

The location was good BUT there is a disco in neighbourhoods and 2 nights thats we ve been there, it was very loud misic till 6AM and we definitely can’t sleep at all!

Close to main shopping area

It was difficult to access the property. We would have been stranded outside had my wife not been a fluent Spanish speaker, able to get help from local people including finding the cleaner. The room was not secure; The key was on a cable in a lockbox with just four digits - not adequate considering the area and that we found that other people knew the code. Access to the external door was via a key in a lockbox outside. The hob did not work and had not been connected. We had to wait in whilst it was connected on the second day of our stay. There is a night club somewhere in the building. The room was reverberating to thumping music each night from 11:30 at night until 6am. Then as people left the noise was ninth the street as they left. The nearby building site started work at 7:30 am. We have no sleep during our 3 night mid week stay. The host refused to assist us and said we should call the Police (which would have been useless as it was inside and the responsibility of the building management!).
