An amazing stay in the heart of Madrid ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review (to paste in “Tell us about what you experienced”): Before booking, I read some negative reviews and, I must admit, I was a little hesitant. However, the reality exceeded all my expectations! The apartment is simply wonderful: historic, charming, meticulously maintained, and incredibly well-located — just steps away from Chueca, major metro stations, and all the best that Madrid has to offer. The entrance door is slightly different to open, but it is no problem at all — exactly as shown in the photos. The key box is easy to find, conveniently located on the same side as the door, and everything in the apartment worked perfectly: the bathroom shower, kitchen, heating… absolutely flawless. There is a bar nearby that plays music occasionally, but it did not interfere with the comfort or tranquility of my stay in any way. I completed the check-in entirely on my own, without needing to contact the host at any point — everything was straightforward and well-organized. It was, without a doubt, a wonderful experience from start to finish. I cannot wait to return and stay here again. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and give it 5 stars without hesitation!

Tiene muy buena ubicación y la habitación está acondicionada con todo lo necesario.

Lo único que no me ha gustado es el termo de agua caliente a la hora de ducharte. Me he alojado con mi mujer y dos niños, y solo nos daba tiempo a ducharnos con agua caliente dos personas. A los 10 min aproximadamente se acaba el agua caliente, lo que imposibilita duchar adecuadamente a los pequeños, ha sido imposible ducharnos todos con agua caliente.

La ubicación era perfecta. La calefacción funciona perfectamente, la presión de la ducha increíble. Todo muy bien, algunas cosas por mejorar, pero perfecta la estancia, la comunicación con los gestores del piso ha sido fluida y respondieron rápidamente todas las cuestiones .

Debería tener algunos utensilios más de cocina, el sofá cama está roto y no abría, y no había acolchados extra en invierno, faltaba una escoba para limpiar, todas cosas se pueden mejorar fácilmente.

Temizlik hiç iyi değildi. Odada yerde böcekler görmem sonucu tesisle iletişime geçerek yeniden temizlik yapılmasını talep ettim fakat ekstra ücret alacaklarını söyleyerek yapmadılar. Hiç ama hiç temiz hissettirmedi, yerler çok tozluydu.
