Beautiful 1BR balcony w/65UHDTV Wifi Netflix, pool

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The 1BR unit was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The 65-inch UHDTV with Netflix and fast WiFi made our downtime so much more enjoyable. The kitchen was fully equipped, which allowed us to cook food and prepare our delicious Noche Buena for Christmas eve. The building's location was ideal, with a mall conveniently located on the ground floor, making it easy to grab groceries and other essentials. The host was very friendly and accommodating, ensuring our stay was stress-free. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and relaxing city stay!

We were disappointed to find that there was no bidet in the bathroom, which is a basic amenity we expected.

Nice tv and bed and also the table and fridge was nice

The towel rail in the bathroom was broken and fell and hit my foot when I put a towel on it, the fridge was leaking and the chairs were half loose and snapping when we sat on them

No refrigerator.

The location was very convenient. The room is clean and it was cosy. Overall a great place to stay.

Just got a problem with the guest authorization and the check in got delay. But the host reach out and solved it.

The aircon is so cold. The tv is so big. The wifi is fast enough. The balcony has overlooking view of the city. It is near greenfield food park. Has near parking lot. The lobby reception was great. The shower heater is good. There are many pillows. The bed and comforter is soft. There’s dish soap, body soap and shampoo already. The kitchen is complete. The condo is generally clean and smells good. Lighting is good. The condo looks the same in the picture.

No ref and microwave. Not big deal tho. No bidet. But there’s tabo and timba. We were three but the towels were two only. The balcony door not sealed enough. You can hear cars and train from edsa a little bit. But tolerable. The hair dryer was not that powerful to dry my hair.

I like the location and minimalistic leanliness of the room. pool & lobby area was great. it is very affordable as well. no wonder it is always fully booked. Thank you for the experience
