Lovely clean caravan. Nicely laid out. Not too far from the arcades etc that my disabled husband struggled

Double bed mattress wasn’t great but once we laid quilts on it to pad it out it was useable

The caravan was in a perfect location and was great for the surprise birthday gift for my adult son and wife which they were happy with from start to finish

I was upset to of received a message with a photo of a damaged radiator hanging ogg the wall and a message saying that the caravan was left smelling of weed. Even though the owners did apologise and say it was sent to the wrong person. I still found this insulting and distressing due to my son and wife being non smokers of any kind substance including vapes. And as a respected member of our local community as a postman my son would never disrespect any other persons property. So an apology really isn't acceptable in relation to the seriousness of their false allegations.
