Lovely 2 Bed Room condo infront of NAIA Terminal 3

Didn’t see the unit because it was cancelled last minute no reason given. They offered 2 adjacent studios instead which we took but when we checked in they didn’t have one of the unit bc the person staying there decided to extend their stay. So was given a 1 bedroom but in totally different floor. Both units given were horrible. So unprofessional to just cancel at a whim. No transparency!

Roach infested!!!! Upon entering the studio unit my husband saw 5 roaches on the stove and a big one in the bathroom. In the 1 bedroom unit, my dad saw 3 upon entering. Light in studio was broken so it was dim. Furniture was dated. One in studio looked like cheap college furniture. Family was not comfortable staying. Had to find another option. Emailed asking for a refund or alternative. Did not hear from them till next morning. By that point we were already at a hotel. Asked for a refund. We would’ve taken even refund for 1 night out of the 2. No response from them since. Very unprofessional.

convenient for the airport

Not a 2 Bedroom condo, was rather 2 studio apartments adjacent to each other. Very serious cockroach issue in both units.

location and the apartment is genuinely clean

for some some reasons I don’t know why does the cooking stove/tank has been padlock. we were not able to reheat our food in the morning.
