3 Bed Home Free Parking Near City Centre

Great location, Generally clean, great kitchen space and very spacious bedrooms two of which had en-suites. Access to large balcony was very nice. Very comfy beds and clean sheets. Great access to secure parking.

The property felt like it had been put up on booking.com in a rush. Some amenities like a clothes drying rack would have been nice especially those staying for longer stays. The place was generally quite clean however the bedroom carpets were a bit stained and torn in some places. We gad to hoover a bit when we arrived. Black mold was also behind the kitchen sink which I presume was caused by the very leaky tap. No curtain or glass panel for the shower made it hard not to get the floor wet. Overall this is a really great property but if these things were solved and the place was spruced up a bit, it could be an amazing property. And currently I would highly recommend it for anyone staying in Manchester who didn’t want to be in the city centre.

Close to city centre, easy to find key, free parking, spacious living room

One of the ensuite bathrooms had a horrendous fishy smell coming up from the shower drain which made that bathroom unusable and the bedroom unpleasant to stay in. The water was cold on the first day and the water was cloudy and had some sort of sediment in it. There also wasn't enough toilet roll so we had to buy our own after the first day, only one tea towel and insufficient cleaning utensils for washing up

The unit is huge and the location is great. It is near to whitworth park and the university. The host is responsive so long it is within working hour. They are very helpful and provided us whatever lacking

The house needs some minor touchup to be more complete. The main door cannot be locked from inside. The balcony furniture is totally ruined and cannot be used. The master room has no comforter and the mattress not in good condition. There is no sidetable lamp for master room. The kitchen utensil seem old. No dish rack too

Plenty of space for a group of 6, was ideal having 2 en-suites and a bathroom so a bathroom for each couple.
