"It was decent but expensive for what Ingot!"

No response when I needed the washer and dryer key. I had to take my clothes somewhere else to be washed. Also, its extremely loud!

Property manager made me feel like I had not paid, tried to convince me to cancel and ask for refund. Booking.com was also not very helpful on the first call. I got hung up on, and had to call back and the next person was very good, however... This made my visit stressful. Hall ways were very musty and very thick air and very humid.

Great location, in front of many restaurants.
A little loudly street by night. The AC doesn’t cool enough and you can’t set it below 70. Besides that, great unit.

Good location in centre of town. Lots of space. Looks like the pictures. Clean and bright.
No views from windows as all windows looked into alleyways (not an issue for one night). Noisy in morning with bin lorry outside for 15 mins or so.

Communication regarding entry to the property was timely and easy to use. Location was excellent, safe, and with easy access to restaurants and walking areas.
Internet went out for a couple of hours but was attended to by the Management in a timely manner
