Great location

Loved the location, right in the middle of downtown

Hallways were too dim lighting

Walk to restaurants, lots of room. Had tea and coffee and dish soap etc. walk to water.

Check in procedure is the worst I’ve ever experienced. To email someone on a stressful travel day and demand copies of identification to be emailed before getting code yo get in AFTER they took my money is ridiculous. I had so many flight delays and stuck on tarmac for 2 hours with no cell signal, then phone died. Then I had to proceed to car rental and drive 2 hours in traffic jam. I finally was able to email them and they never sent code. I could not get in for well over an hour. Had no immediate response and they (I think it’s AI) were not apologetic or concerned at all. I booked weeks in advance they could of reached out and got my ID sent to them weeks earlier. NOT ON A TRAVEL DAY!!!! I feel like its run by a 20 year old or AI with no common sense. It was a horrible experience. I thought I was going to have to go to the police. I didn’t know what to do. The apartment was fine. Nightclub up the street was loud but not their fault.

The location was fabulous . Very convenient to shopping, restaurants and the marina

The noise of the nightlife ! Which I understand was out of your control . You did provide a sound machine and earplugs which were helpful.

Great location and nice cozy apartment, well decorated, great size. The stay was pretty comfortable and I would definitely recommend it if you are on a budget.

The building lobby and elevator smell like bathroom. The living room window is covered very close the the next building

Excellent location right in the heart of West Palm Beach near restaurants and the boardwalk.

The window in our unit didn’t have a great view. But the apartment was perfect - neat, clean , new, with a full kitchen and all you need for a vacation stay.
