The host fully refunded us for the first day as the AC unit was not working for the first day of our visit. He did this without me even asking for it. He communicated well with me and was able to get fans into the room. Location was great and we were able to walk everywhere we went.

Great location, nice room. We used to stay there when it was a hotel, so we knew the location. Able to rent for a couple of nights. We had realtives staying in an adjacent suite for the week, so we had a family visit.

The location was close to the beach and boardwalk

The amenities were not as advertised. The stove burner didn’t work. The coffee maker was not as stated. There were loose floor tiles. Overall, the amenities were subpar and not as advertised

"Overall the host was very nice n tried to reply as quickly as possible."

We were locked out of our room for over an hour. We had issues with the keypad. Contacting someone took some time. We didn't like there was no-one on the property to help out immediately. We were also disappointed the one day the pool was closed when we had prepared our day around it. It however did open but not for an hour or so.
