NZHave stayed in many places all over Italy, and without doubt, Simona and Carlo were the most generous, considerate and caring hosts I have experienced. The apartment is quirky and interesting, with great bathroom and lovely comfy bed. And a fantastic position in the heart of this delightful little city.
Didn't like having to leave Faenza!
ITGBThe suite of rooms - private bathroom, kitchenette/ sitting area and bedroom - is part of a beautiful apartment in an old house in the centre of Faenza which is a lovely old town. Simona, my hostess, has filled it with cats and a spectacular collection of art and ceramics, some of the latter made by herself. She herself is absolutely lovely - always wanting to help but never intrusive. It was great to meet and talk with her. Will definitely be back.

ILThe rooms (bedroom and small room with table, fridge, microwave and kettle) are spotlessly clean and comfortable. The entrance is through Simona and her husband's living room, but the rooms felt private. Simona is a great host and her knowledge of the city: restaurants, sites etc. was very helpful. Breakfast was ample, fresh and tasty. the house is centrally located and not far from the station.

PLWe loved absolutely everything in Simona's house. As I love cats, I could feel like being at home. Simona gave us a lot of useful additional information about the nearby places, so we had the possibility to make a trip to the medieval city Brisighella (10 min by train). If we had more time we could have visited more places and restos in Faenza. Please, remember to give the correct time for breakfast. I made a big faux pas to come too late. I would love to come back. The location is excellent, not only super easy to find but close to the old city, the famous Museo delle Ceramiche is a few steps from the house and there is plenty of restaurants nearby.

UAI liked it very much. I will definitely be back again. I like cats a lot so it wasn’t any problem to meet them there. Everything clean and cozy. The Master is very hospitable. The breakfast is fresh and tasty. The bed is comfortable and the blanket is warm. Everything is well thought out.

GBPerfect in every little detail, central location but my room at the back was quiet and peaceful and also clean and spacious. Supply of biscuits, tea and coffee were welcome, and my breakfast was one of the best I've had. The human hosts are charming and made me feel at home, while the feline hosts were very well behaved. I love cats and it was great to have them around, but I was assured they can be kept out of the way for anyone who is less fond of them or allergic. Highly recommended.
