Paolo an Giovanni were super nice and helpful The place is magical and it’s a great option to stay to explore Cinque Terre.

Perfectly situated for tours of Cinqueterre and boat excursions. The room was perfect to come home and relax after much walking. We had a nice balcony to enjoy a bottle of wine and pesto we made just a walk away! Giovi was a great host and helped us up to our room after meeting us by the ferry…and got us back to our train early on the day of our departure.

The location of the two buildings that comprise Colonnade 24 are on a charming side street above the main shopping street in town. To access the property, you’ll need to be able to walk stairs - but frankly, if that’s a challenge, don’t visit Cinque Terre! Highlights of your stay will be a lovely communal breakfast room, attended by property manager Giovanni, who does an exceptional job of taking care of any requests you might have. He’s a one-person show who takes care of guests from arrival through departure, including cooking your eggs in the morning and hauling your luggage up the hill. This is a boutique hotel, so do not expect a reception area or other common areas beyond the breakfast room. The in-room coffee, quiet but central location, personalized and warm service and air-conditioning were all appreciated.

There’s nothing we “didn’t like” but a few suggestions for improvements would include an additional table or two for outdoor seating (right now there is a small bistro table with two chairs outside on the pedestrian walkway). It’s a charming spot to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening, but often occupied. Availability of ice would also be nice vs. having to source it from a nearby bar. Some of us like to mix up a cocktail in the evenings.

It was beautiful! The room was very comfortable and the bed was great! Giovanni couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful and had a wonderful fun personality! The breakfast was excellent with fresh croissants, fruit , smoked salmon, eggs and much more.

It was one of the best Hotelstay that we ever had . Giovanni is so smart and helpfull . The Hotel was verry nice . Breakfast is like in a Family 😍( big Table , all together, nice Smaltalk ). Nice Rooms , very clean . Silent at the Night . We come back 🤩👍🏻. Love the Colona 24 and Giovanni.

Colonna 24 was in a great location in the backstreets of Porto Venere. Giovanni was very helpful and helped us arranging parking and a supper reservation. Aircon in rooms worked well, lots of hot water.

The rooms themselves were fine - but expensive in our opinion - they weres mall, with no bath or seating area etc and the cost was over £250 a night. Noise from breakfast room carries to rooms on first floor. Finishes were fine - but not luxury. I would say this is a 4*. Breakfast was fine - again, fairly basic for the price (orange juice was not fresh which would have been nice). Having said this - Porto Venere is a very expensive town generally so prices are probably reflective of this.

Giovanni our host was super helpful and available to assist at all times. Located conveniently in the old town within easy reach of everything Very stylishly finished, comfortable rooms and very high quality bathroom products Great breakfast too
