Sehr gute Lage, alles mit dem Auto oder Roller innerhalb 5-15 Minuten erreichbar (Meer, Läden, Chania Altstadt, Schnellstrasse die der Küste entlang geht). Sehr freundliche und zuvorekommende Eigner. Haben super Willkommens Einkäufe zur Verfügung gestellt, damit wir am Abend der Anreise etwas zu trinken und am Morgen Frühstück hatten. Die Villa ist in einem wunderschönen neuwertigen Zustand, mit schöner Aussicht auf das etwa 3km entfernte Meer. Sie ist überdurchschnittlich und mit viel Liebe ausgestattet. Der Pool hatte Anfangs Juni eine sehr angenehme Temperatur.

Man hört etwas die Quartierstrasse die neben dem Haus durchführt, Zeitweise schon etwas Verkehr, aber ok. Sonst alles perfekt.

New, super equipped villa, in a quiet location near Chania

"Lovely family holiday with small babies"

Nicely decorated, modern yet cosy villa a short taxi drive to the center of Chania. Big swimming pool in the back yard and a terrace with a dining table, that offers a chance to escape sun when it gets very hot around noon. The beds were good quality and air conditioning quaranteed a good night sleep. Villa was clean and well equipped. The special attention was drawn to our children. The host provided us with new toys, there was swimming equipment in the pool area and children`s tableware in the kitchen. We felt very welcome, the hostess brought us pies baked by her mother one day, which were delicious. We really enjoyed our stay and warmly recommend this villa in the quiet residential neighbourhood for other guests.

The short distance view from the garden is not the best, but the sea and mountains can be seen on the horizon.
