Scholar's Loft - Cosy & Close to Central Cambridge

Wonderful and cosy. Superbly finished studio with authentic features and commitment to a theme around modern features. Everything you need and a lot of what you want.

General ambience and setup

Shower needs more pressure and screening to reduce splashing. The whole building shakes when large trucks go by.

Lovely apartment close to some of the Cambridge colleges and walkable to the city centre. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and off road parking. Only issue is some road noise early in the morning.

Very well appointed room, with kitchen area, bed and sofa in one decent sized area. Kitchen very new and modern, rest of furnishings deliberately older style . Very clean. Milk and biscuits supplied. We were very happy and would certainly book again. Free parking, we were able to leave car before and after our official booking which was a big plus. TV swivels so you can watch in bed. Up flight of stairs, in stand alone building, private.

Some traffic noise, if you had a vital interview perhaps not the best place. Could benefit from bedside lamp on both sides of bed.

It was very clean and close to Cambridge. It had good parking and was easy to find.

The traffic could be heard and at times would rattle the building. It did not affect our stay though.

Comfortable and well equipped loft which matched photos. Warm and comfortable bed.

Train line was close by so the loft was shaken with every passing train.
