Location is GREAT. 1 block away from North Myrtle Beach. And 1 block away from grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Apartment is on the 3rd floor, and you only now this after rent the apartment. Cleanliness is poor. Floor and walls were dirty. General status for the apartment is below average. There are blinds missing. The bathroom curtain was in bad shape, some electrict oulets not working. Bath towels stained. Parking is easy, you need to pay 20 dlls per stay. Very affordable. There is pool in the complex. There wasn't body soap or enough shampoo and coditioner. We had to buy our own. For the client support communication is easy via email. We had an issue with the keyless code for entry, but it was easily fixed. 6.5 OUT OF 10.
