Parking proved to be complicated, far away, complicated and expensive.

The location is amazing, the rental looked exactly like the pictures, it was clean and fresh, the bed was sooooo comfy, and a great value for the area. We totally loved it and will definitely book here every time we come down from Vermont to visit my parents.

We had a VERY small hiccup with the wifi but they took care of it and all was well.

at 10:30 am i was sitting outside and a man was being chased by policemen and police cars and I was smack in the middle of it the police officer had to yell at me to get our of the way. It was very scary and I question the safety of the area. Their were a lot of police in the area and in front of the bars and restaurants.

Location and ease of entry with keypad.

The location and general vibe of this property couldn't be any better. Check-in process was flawless. Felt safe and secure the entire time. Will absolutely stay here again. It's an older renovation that is starting to show it's age/need some TLC, but still feels modern and trendy. Wifi worked great. You can't get any closer to great food and shopping, all within walking distance.

The bed frame (Ikea?) in our 4th-floor 1-bedroom creaked so loudly that every time one of us rolled over, it would wake the other up. Nearly all of the bathroom fixtures (towel bars, toilet paper holder) were loose or coming off the wall. The bedroom window had ill-fitting blinds (and no curtains) that allowed for lots of light penetration at night, making it impossible to have the room dark (there was a large amount of light saturation from the building next door right outside the window) at night. When the truck came down the back alley to empty the restaurant dumpsters at 4:30AM, it sounded like it was in the room next to us.
